When we were looking for a sitter for our children we really
didn't think that we would find someone all 5 children would take to.
Miss Tracy is remarkable! Our youngest was 10 months at the time and
wouldn't let anyone hold her but Mommy. We tried to have Grandma watch
her and all she did was cry. Miss Tracy wasn't in our home a half an
hour and our baby was climbing up on her lap. I knew them that we
found someone special. Children just know. Our other children ask us,
"when are you going out again" just so that Miss Tracy can come by.

Tracy Smith has worked for us as a regular weekend babysitter for a year and a half. During
that time, she has been extremely accommodating, always working to meet
our scheduling needs, and has never backed out of a commitment for any
reason. She is punctual and has always communicated well with us. She is patient and loving with our children, particularly when our 2-year-old was having trouble with our leaving her. Tracy gave her extra love and attention until she had adjusted and was perfectly comfortable with the situation. At the same time, Tracy is firm with our children and does not let them run amok while we are gone. She is easygoing and pleasant, and is happy to accommodate any special requests we may have. Our
children love her, and we appreciate having a babysitter we can rely on

finding Tracy's ad on the Internet more than a year ago and have been so glad
that I did. My children (ages 2 1/2 and 1) adore Tracy and the other
sitters that work with her (Carrie, Mashari, Courtney). I especially like
that from the minute they come into the house, they are down on the floor
playing with the kids and finding lots of different activities to do with
them. They have even been able to get the 2 1/2 yr. old to eat dinner,
