Tracy was absolutely amazing! I had reached out to Tracy to help with our 13 month son for a wedding we had in Baltimore, Md. I had never met her before but her kind demeanor over the phone immediately put my mind at ease and I knew she would be a great fit for our family. Tracy was extremely prompt meeting us at the time we discussed and she was so flexible and warm we embraced her immediately - or should I say my son, Micah embraced her immediately. He loved being with her. Tracy was able to get our son down for naps, had fun giving him baths and was excellent at putting him to sleep at night. My husband and I were worried prior to the trip since Micah was going to be in a totally different environment but Tracy has the magic touch! I would recommend Tracy to ANYONE and EVERYONE! Natalia babysat our 2 year old Sunday for a whole day while we got ready for our parents 40th Anniversary Party. She was great! She entertained our toddler, fed him lunch, watched over during his nap time and then got him ready four our party! We are in from out of town and our prearranged family sitter cancelled last minute. I contacted them through the request a quote function on this app and they're able to help us out for a sitter in our hotel for the same night. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and super quick about responding to messages. I could handle all of it via text or email, I didn't have make any phone calls which is a HUGE bonus for me.
